Processing time 

The time RQP Studio needs to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on if the item is in stock ready ship, or if it will be created for you.

Making a piece of jewelry for you may take up to 10 days before we'll post it out to you. If we're not ready to mail it to you within 3 days, we'll contact you to let you know we're still working on your jewelry.

All pieces are handmade by RQP Studio in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Estimated in transit shipping times

North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks

We ship via US Postal Service first class which includes tracking within United States.

International Buyers:
If you are from a different country than the United States and are thinking of making a purchase with us, please keep in mind that first class shipping does not include tracking. If you want to be able to track your package, the shipping cost will be much higher, and you will need to contact us in advance to arrange and pay for that.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RQP Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs.

WE MAY ALSO REQUIRE VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND/OR SHIPMENT OF ANY ORDER.
