PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

Some items are in stock, ready to be posted out to you within a day or two. Many jewelry pieces are pre-order, which means we will make the jewelry for you once your order is placed with us.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This is the time it takes to produce your one-of-a-kind jewelry:
The production time is anywhere from 3 to 10 days. 

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and ask kindly for your patience while we're making your jewelry. 
During peak periods (such as Christmas) when we typically face higher order volumes, our enduring commitment to the tip-top quality of product unfortunately means that your order might take a little longer to get to you.

Orders are shipping about 1-10 days from purchase. 

Processing time 
The time RQP Studio needs to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on if the item is in stock ready ship, or if it will be created for you. Making a piece of jewelry for you may take up to 10 days before we'll post it out to you (as noted above). If we're not ready to mail it to you within 3 days, we'll contact you to let you know we're still working on your jewelry. All pieces are handmade by RQP Studio in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Your order will ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. When your order does ship we will email you to let you know it is on its way. All orders shipping within the United States will receive a complimentary tracking number.
