In order to avoid any confusion, we ask you to please look at all the photos and read the description carefully before making any purchase. Please pay special attention to the size of the charms. If you have any questions, just convo us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

RQP Studio gladly accepts returns and cancellations.
Sorry, we do not accept exchanges.

Contact RQP Studio within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, RQP Studio will not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Please be aware that any alterations (for example, such as resizing or customization) to RQP Studio's jewelry renders it non-returnable

Returns and exchange details

If you change your mind after making a purchase, just return the unused item (along with the order number in its original packaging) back to us within 14 days of delivery date. All items to be returned must be sent with a tracking number to ensure a safe return and they must be in the original packaging.

The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. The refund processing time is 7 days.
Refunds will be given to the original form of payment.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
Buyer pays for the shipping of exchanges: to ship back to us AND for the return of the exchanged goods, by enclosing a pre-stamped and pre-addressed padded envelope into the return package.

*** IMPORTANT ***
We will NOT issue a refund to you for a package that was lost in shipping if you chose to have it sent by regular first class international mail (which does not have a tracking number).
