Capturing The Design

The wax seal charms have been oxidized black as a step in finishing the design. 
It gives the jewelry the dark shadowing in the recesses of the finished product.

Above shows an image of the fine silver and bronze pieces that have been
darkened in a way that imitates the natural tarnishing process.
Parts of the oxidation is polished away leaving just details with a darker finish,
this brings out the design and gives the charms the vintage antique look.



Here is an example of a finished silver wax seal necklace depicting
a bee and motto in Latin "Live Life To The Fullest".
